From now on, you can register for the congress.

Once payment has been made by bank transfer to account number ES2802370327609170652829, you must formalize the registration using the “Registration Form”.

There, you will need to upload the proof of the transfer, and, if applicable, a supporting document that justifies the reduction of the registration fee in the chosen registration category.

REGISTRATION FEES

* It is essential for associates to prove their status on the form.

** It is essential for members of associated entities to accredit their status on the form: Consejo General de la Educación Física y Deportiva (COLEF), Asociación Latinoamericana de Estudios Socioculturales del Deporte (ALESDE), Federación de Asociaciones de Gestores del Deporte (FAGDE), Red Iberoamericana de Investigadores en Derecho y Gestión del Deporte (RIIDGD), Sociedad Española de Economía del Deporte (SEED), Associació Catalana de Gestors Esportius (ACGEP), Col-legi de Professionals de l'Activitat Física i de l'Esport de Catalunya (COPLEFC).

*** Students must send a certificate to the technical secretariat when registering. Only those who are students at the date of the Congress (October) can register as students.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Once registration and payment have been received, confirmation will be sent by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, no refund will be made, only a change of name will be allowed, prior notification to the Technical Secretariat within a maximum of 10 days before the start of the Congress.

 Cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to the Technical Secretariat.

No partial or total refunds will be made in case of cancellation of conferences due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the main programme of the Congress.
